Terms & Conditions

1. Enrolment and payment

Your seat is confirmed only after fee payment as per the invoice. We may offer instalments for long-duration courses. Fees are quoted in INR and include use of studio tools and basic materials unless stated otherwise.

2. Refunds and transfers

• Cancellations ≥ 14 days before batch start: 90% refund
• Cancellations 7–13 days before start: 50% refund
• Cancellations < 7 days: no refund, but one-time batch transfer may be offered subject to availability

3. Safety and conduct

All learners must attend the safety briefing and follow instructor guidance. Closed footwear and appropriate clothing are mandatory. We may remove any participant who engages in unsafe behaviour; fees will not be refunded in such cases.

4. Intellectual property

Course materials, designs, and templates are provided for educational purposes. You may build items for personal or portfolio use but may not reproduce or distribute training materials without permission.

5. Personal property

We provide lockers where possible, but we are not liable for loss or damage to personal tools or belongings brought to the studio.

6. Photography and testimonials

We may photograph classes for documentation and marketing. If you prefer not to appear, please inform your instructor at the start of the batch; we will respect your choice.

7. Changes and cancellations

We reserve the right to reschedule sessions due to instructor illness, public holidays, or unforeseen events. In such cases we will propose alternative dates or issue refunds where appropriate.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant course. Woodworking involves inherent risks; participants must comply with safety protocols.
